Ticketmaster
Ticketmaster is one of the UK’s leading live entertainment ticketing companies.
With over 1000 DSE users they needed a solution that proactively managed
employee risk without excessive resource requirements.
Ticketmaster had previously purchased an electronic system that failed to meet
the needs of their business. This was due to a number of reasons, not least
because many employees do not have email accounts; this is the traditional
method of inviting employees to participate in an electronic DSE program.
A number of success criteria were identified based around:
- High user participation
- High user participation amongst users with no email address
- Line Manager support
- Automation that proactively engaged employees
- Good reporting
Cardinus and Ticketmaster developed an extensive communications program
that engaged employees at all levels. As a result, and through a balance of PACE
generating automated emails and prompting Line Manager intervention there has
been 100% completion of risk assessments and all high-risk issues have been
managed effectively in those areas targeted.
